Summary: The Interim HR Business Partner role at a not-for-profit organization focuses on supporting children with special educational needs. This position involves leading employee relations, coaching managers, and partnering with senior leadership while primarily working remotely. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on high volume employee relation casework, up to tribunal level
  • Coach and advise managers in a multi-site capacity
  • Partner with client groups from an operational and strategic perspective
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team and C-suite
  • Support the automation and digitization of the HR function
  • Provide support in line with policies and processes
  • Assist with projects including M&A activity, TUPE, staff surveys, engagement, retention, wellbeing, and process improvement
  • Lead on employee relations, talent, succession, change management, restructuring, TUPE, and harmonization
  • Support on redeployment and redundancy consultations
  • Work mostly remote with a national remit, predominantly supporting London and the South West of England

Key Skills:

  • Previous partnering experience
  • Strong expertise in employee relations
  • Experience in Education or Health and social care
  • Knowledge of safeguarding (desirable)
  • Able to start immediately
  • Driving license essential
