Interim FP&A Consultant – Challenger Bank

Summary: The Interim FP&A Consultant role at a PE-backed challenger bank involves leading the transformation of the financial planning and analysis function. Reporting to the CFO, the consultant will redesign FP&A processes, implement data-driven tools, and support strategic initiatives while also mentoring a finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the redesign and implementation of the FP&A function.
