Interim Financial Accountant (Tax) - 3 to 6 month contract - Day Rate - Fully Remote - Leading Charity Client Details Our client is a highly respected entity in the Not For Profit sector, with a substantial workforce. Description Preparation of tax computations and tax returns. Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts. Assisting with financial analysis and budgeting. Assisting with the preparation of year-end financial statements. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations. Liaising with auditors and providing necessary information for audit. Participating in financial projects and initiatives as required. Contributing to the continual improvement of financial processes within the company. Profile A successful applicant should: Be Qualified (ACA, ACCA) Have direct significant experience of preparing VAT returns and associated issues ( ideally at a charity) Require someone who is willing to get their hands dirty Be a very strong communicator in writing and verbally e.g. can articulate issues clearly and propose clear next steps/ solutions A technically strong individual as support in preparing for year end will be necessary Proficiency in tax computations and financial analysis. A proven track record in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
