Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the Hospitality and Retail Directorate.
- Conduct regular remote meetings with non-finance stakeholders.
- Manage a £25m budget.
- Review monthly management accounts, including bank reconciliations.
- Prepare board reports and analysis for the Leadership Team.
- Develop and enhance financial reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards.
Key Skills:
- Fully CCAB qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA), CIMA/CGMA or equivalent.
- Proven track record in the Hospitality or Retail sector.
- Experience in finance business partnering with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to start a role at speed and produce timely information.
- Effective remote working setup.
- Advanced Excel skills.

Interim Finance Business Partner: You must be fully CCAB (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA), CIMA/CGMA or equivalent qualified. It is essential you have a proven track record working in Hospitality or Retail. Proven finance business partnering experience with the ability to influence key stakeholders. A track record of starting a role at speed and producing timely information. Ability to evidence a remote working set up that is effective. Advanced excel skills.
Interim Finance Business Partner: £350 - £400 per day (umbrella). 3-6 month contract with possible extension. Remote working. EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Business for this temporary vacancy.
