Interim Data Migration Lead - Databricks/Salesforce

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Data Migration Lead to join a major enterprise transformation and M&A migration programme.

The role will lead end-to-end data migrations for acquired businesses, working across Databricks, Salesforce and finance/ERP platforms.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience leading enterprise data migration programmes
• Proven M&A/acquisition/business integration migration experience
• Hands-on Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake and SQL
• Strong Salesforce data migration experience
• Experience migrating finance/ERP data, ideally Sage Intacct
• Source-to-target data mapping, cleansing and transformation
• Data profiling, reconciliation and automated validation
• Experience with migration mock runs, UAT, cutover and hypercare
• Experience extracting data from systems such as Salesforce, SAP, SugarCRM, HubSpot or Zendesk
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience creating migration strategies, playbooks and repeatable migration frameworks
