Summary: The Interim Corporate Finance Advisor will support a rapidly expanding travel group preparing for an IPO by leading financial evaluations, due diligence, and transaction execution for acquisitions in the travel sector. This hands-on role requires strong M&A experience, particularly in the travel, leisure, or consumer services sectors, and involves working closely with founders and senior management. The assignment is expected to last between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The advisor will play a crucial role in shaping the acquisition strategy and ensuring financial robustness of the transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence on target tour operators
- Build and refine valuation models, forecasts, and M&A financial scenarios
- Assess operational quality, commercial metrics, customer profile, and growth potential
- Provide insight into travel-sector economics, cost structures, and risk factors
- Support deal structuring, negotiation inputs, and transaction documentation
- Work closely with founders, senior management, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the post-acquisition integration plan, especially around finance, reporting and digital scaling opportunities
- Present clear recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and ReachX investment team
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in corporate finance, M&A, deal advisory, or transaction services

- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills

With a strong balance sheet and active access to capital for acquisitions, our client is accelerating a buy-and-build strategy focused on high-quality niche tour operators across Europe. We are seeking an Interim Corporate Finance Advisor with strong M&A experience — ideally with exposure to the travel, leisure, tourism or consumer services sectors — to support the financial evaluation, due diligence, and transaction execution of upcoming acquisitions. This is a hands-on, fast-moving assignment supporting multiple live deals.

Role Responsibilities
