*** Social Housing Experience is essential***Do you have experience transforming applications for Social Housing Providers?Have you led the procurement of new systems?I am working with a Housing Association that is looking for an Applications Specialist to join their team and lead a transformation journey to a new company-wide system.Currently, the organisation uses a large number of applications some specific to housing, some to finance, some to customer services, and more. They need someone who can review their current application stack, collaborate with senior leaders and procurement teams, and lead the implementation of a new system.This is a significant project with many moving parts, which is why they need someone with a proven track record in the procurement and rollout of new products. It is essential that you have experience in the housing association sector, as you will need to work with all departments and quickly understand their needs.Essential Experience:Social Housing backgroundApplication implementationBusiness systems reviewProcurement of new productsThe contract will be an initial 12-month project and falls outside IR35.
