Summary: The Integrations Manager role focuses on managing and developing integrations primarily within the eCommerce sector, utilizing tools such as Workato and various iPaaS platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, SQL, and Python.
  • Manage iPaaS platforms including Celigo, Workato, Fivetran, and SPS Commerce.
  • Ensure scalability, error handling, and security in all integration flows.
  • Define and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, and reusable design patterns.
  • Monitor and maintain ongoing integrations, ensuring alignment with data governance and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business functions to support eCommerce, ERP, WMS, or DW integrations.
  • Manage integration projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for integrations.

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years in system integration, data engineering, or IT application support.
  • Proficiency in APIs (REST, SOAP), SQL, Python, and cloud functions (e.g., Azure, AWS Lambda).
  • Experience managing iPaaS tools (Workato, Celigo, SPS Commerce, Fivetran or similar).
  • Ability to manage integration projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, retail, or eCommerce environments.
  • Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and experience working with transaction sets.

Nice to Have:

Celigo-- Shopify to NetSuite-- has another resource who does this

Boomi

Could be some Cloud storage projects-- so some sort of experience here Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform

Ongoing maintenance of each one of these integrations

Monitoring, maintenance, continuing with KPI's

90% hands on and 10% talking to business

Integration Development & Management
