Summary: The Integration Test Lead will oversee all testing activities for a significant CAFM system implementation within a high-profile UK Government contract. This remote role requires the candidate to be clearable for CTC Clearance and involves shaping the testing strategy and leading execution across various testing phases. The position is a 3-month contract and classified as outside IR35. The successful candidate will manage collaboration with stakeholders and ensure quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all testing activity across the project life cycle
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
- Oversee:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- API Integration Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and client stakeholders
- Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect management
- Track progress using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Manage defects through resolution and report key trends/issues
- Provide regular reporting to project boards and leadership
- Ensure agreed quality standards and exit criteria are met
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading testing workstreams in complex IT projects
- Strong background in application and integration testing
- Hands-on experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms (eg Planon, IBM Maximo, MRI Evolution, FSI Concept)
- Experience delivering API-based integrations
- Knowledge of structured testing methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with test management tools (eg, Azure DevOps)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders

My client is looking for a Integration Test Lead to play a key role in a major mobilisation programme for a high-profile UK Government contract. For this role, you will be put through CTC Clearance, so you will need to be clearable.
