Summary: The Finance Integration Lead will serve as the primary technical contact for finance-related integrations and ERP applications, overseeing system support and software development across key financial modules. The role requires extensive experience in integration technologies and strong leadership skills to manage complex production issues and collaborate with various stakeholders. This position is fully remote and requires a commitment to delivering high-quality financial data integrations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in finance modules and integration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support for Finance modules: GL, Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, Billing & Receivables
- Oversee all phases of the SDLC: analysis, design, implementation, QA, and release of financial applications
- Provide technical leadership and solutions for complex production issues
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver critical financial data integrations
- Manage documentation: business requirements, system specs, architecture, data flows, training
- Support ERP admin tasks including user creation, data updates, and system maintenance
- Define product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with business analysts
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalable design
- Provide direction to technical project team members and analyze data to support outcomes
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, REST, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools
- Strong SQL skills and ability to maintain stored procedures and related objects
- Familiarity with Autosys, AIX/Linux Korn Shell scripting, and C#
- Experience with Infor SmartStream or similar ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues independently
- Familiarity with finance modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, GL, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
