Summary: The Integrated Planning & Change Lead role involves designing and managing integrated portfolio planning for a complex, multi-supplier transformation programme within a secure government organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain a master plan across 7+ workstreams
- Manage critical path, milestones and delivery interdependencies
- Identify and resolve planning/resource conflicts early
- Lead monthly re-baselining with delivery partners
- Maintain dependency register across ~18 suppliers
- Run dependency reviews with delivery stakeholders
- Escalate risks into RAID and report to senior leadership
- Own end-to-end change pipeline and impact assessment
- Produce governance-ready change documentation
- Maintain traceability to the integrated plan
- Support quarterly planning cycles and governance forums
- Engage in showcases, retrospectives and planning events
- Monitor high-level delivery health and velocity across suppliers
Key Skills:
- 8+ years' portfolio or multi-programme planning experience
- Strong track record in multi-supplier delivery environments (eg Home Office, FCDO, MOD)
- Experience building planning frameworks from scratch
- Advanced critical path and dependency mapping (3+ workstreams)
- Proven change control in complex governance settings
- Active SC clearance (used within last 12 months)
- UK national or dual national (one British nationality required)
