This role focuses on automating quoting pipelines that efficiently handle lead data, validate carrier rules, integrate with rater/carrier APIs, and deliver explainable quote selections to producers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- DESIGN AUTOMATION PIPELINES: Develop data models for risk and coverage analysis and implement automated quote selection processes.
- BUILD & MAINTAIN SERVICES: Write Python services to orchestrate API calls to raters and carriers, maintain security protocols, manage secrets, and adhere to rate limits.
- IMPLEMENT RULE ENGINES: Assess appetite and eligibility for quotes using automated logic.
- MONITOR & VALIDATE: Create monitoring and reconciliation reports to ensure system integrity.
- COLLABORATE: Work with subject matter experts to incorporate underwriting assumptions into automated systems.
