Key Responsibilities:
- Review internal security training and standards
- Audit vendor content and map it to the audience
- Identify gaps and adjust training programs to target key behaviors
- Build a full rollout plan across vendors and phases
- Curate training modules and simulation library
- Structure baseline measurement and follow-up testing
- Conduct baseline testing with ETS and Privileged Users
- Launch core HRM training curriculum across vendors
- Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
- Run follow-up assessments to measure impact
- Compare results to the baseline to evaluate behavior change
- Track trends and adjust training to improve outcomes over time
Key Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs
