The role focuses on developing structured training programs to drive measurable behavior change in security practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review internal security training and standards
  • Audit vendor content and map it to the audience
  • Identify gaps and adjust training programs to target key behaviors
  • Build a full rollout plan across vendors and phases
  • Curate training modules and simulation library
  • Structure baseline measurement and follow-up testing
  • Conduct baseline testing with ETS and Privileged Users
