Summary: The Instructional Designer is tasked with creating visually engaging and effective learning experiences for the client's Go-To-Market teams. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise and graphic storytelling skills to develop impactful training content. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that training materials are both informative and visually appealing, aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop beautiful, captivating, and effective learning journeys tailored to the client's GTM personas.
  • Ensure content is educational, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Use graphic design and visual storytelling techniques to enhance the learning experience.
  • Partner with program owners, stakeholders, designers, and SMEs to align on educational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with learning strategists and content developers to create cohesive learning experiences.
  • Ensure all learning materials are both aesthetically appealing and instructionally sound.
  • Oversee the entire instructional design lifecycle, from discovery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Apply visual storytelling principles to maximize content impact and retention.
  • Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to develop effective training.
