Summary: As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training experiences within the Payments Compliance department. This role involves collaborating with subject-matter experts to develop engaging learning solutions that meet regulatory standards. Your contributions will enhance team performance and ensure compliance with organizational obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of training programs for Payments Compliance processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of Payments Compliance operations to align learning content with regulatory standards.
- Analyze learner and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement improvements to training materials.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth rollout of training content.
Key Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience creating task-based simulations; familiarity with Assim a Train is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible learning steps.
