Summary: The Instructional Design & Learning Specialist role is a fully remote position based in Ireland, focused on designing and developing engaging learning materials to address performance gaps within a global tech client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in instructional design and a proven ability to create content that drives behavior change. This 11-month contract requires collaboration with stakeholders and the management of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio showcasing previous work is essential for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning and performance support materials (eLearning, job aids, videos, facilitator guides, assessments, and more)
- Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to identify performance gaps and craft the right learning interventions
- Manage multiple tasks across new and existing content, working in internal systems and LCMS to update training aligned with policy changes
- Support global operations teams with tools and training that enable scale and performance across multiple lines of business
- Deliver pilot sessions and facilitate train-the-trainer engagements when needed
Key Skills:
- 5–8 years' experience in instructional design within a corporate, tech, or agency environment
- Proven experience designing performance support materials and applying Six Sigma or similar methodologies to drive improvement
- Expertise in using Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) and developing content across blended, virtual, and digital formats
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Portfolio of work available for review

We’re working with a global tech client on a fully remote contract opportunity for an experienced Instructional Design & Learning Specialist. If you have a proven track record designing multi-modal learning materials, building content that drives behaviour change, and supporting large-scale operations—this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
