Instruction Sheet Designer

Description

We are looking for a creative Instruction Sheet Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Twinsburg, Ohio. In this role, you will leverage your graphic design expertise to produce high-quality instruction sheets, advertisements, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your design skills while contributing to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually engaging instruction sheets, brochures, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Create artwork, banner ads, and marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with branding standards.
Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality designs.
Adapt designs to meet client specifications and project requirements.
Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Provide innovative design solutions to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Ensure all graphic elements are optimized for both print and digital platforms.
Review and revise designs based on feedback to achieve the desired results.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design techniques.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on detail-oriented work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in advertisements, brochures, and artwork.
Demonstrated ability to create designs that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
Knowledge of optimizing designs for both print and digital mediums.
Familiarity with current trends in graphic design and marketing.
