We re seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join a Talent Analytics team and help transform workforce data into actionable business insights. This role combines hands-on data analysis, BI/reporting, predictive analytics, and stakeholder partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ad hoc, recurring, and self-service analytics solutions using HR and enterprise data
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
- Use SQL and Alteryx to query, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets
- Identify trends and translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation initiatives
- Gather business requirements and independently scope and execute analytics projects
- Partner with HR, Talent, and Technology teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of SQL experience working with large datasets
- 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
- 2+ years of Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
- Bachelor s degree in a related field
Preferred:
- Python or R/RStudio
- Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
- People/Talent/HR Analytics experience
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow
