Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall ownership of the project plan, budget, and scope, ensuring delivery of business outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end IT delivery, ensuring all exit criteria are met before project closure.
  • Align projects with key business objectives and overall business strategy.
  • Control project scope, managing risks and changes effectively.
  • Establish and run project governance to facilitate decision-making and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, devising mitigating actions as necessary.
  • Direct senior stakeholder communications and change management activities.
  • Manage relationships with internal functions and third-party suppliers.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the project team across business functions.
  • Conduct structured quality assurance and health check reviews of projects.
