About The Role

10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable infrastructure optimization analysts based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered infrastructure management systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to infrastructure optimization, technical documentation, compliance requirements, and practical aspects of infrastructure analysis
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic infrastructure scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. analyst, engineer, project manager, or client)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated technical content

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true infrastructure optimization reasoning, authentic technical documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than executing traditional infrastructure work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about infrastructure management processes at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level infrastructure optimization analyst with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing technical analyses and optimization projects
• Skilled at evaluating project workflows, technical requirements, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
