Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a detailed review of the customer’s existing GKE environment across all key technical dimensions.
- Assess cluster architecture and tenancy models to ensure scalability, resilience, and appropriate isolation.
- Review networking and connectivity design to validate performance, reliability, and security.
- Evaluate security controls, configurations, and compliance with best practices.
- Review operational processes, monitoring, and observability to support effective day-to-day management.
- Assess automation and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability of deployments.
- Review cost management and billing practices to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Evaluate testing approaches to ensure platform stability and quality.
- Produce clear findings and recommendations to improve the overall GKE implementation.
