Infrastructure Engineer

Summary: The NetBackup Engineer role involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise storage solutions with a focus on IBM Flash and HPE storage technologies. The position requires expertise in data replication, disaster recovery, and networking, ensuring high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage IBM Flash storage solutions, including FlashSystem family (FlashSystem 9500, 7300, 5200).
• Configure and maintain HPE storage solutions, including HPE 3PAR, HPE Nimble, and HPE MSA.
• Develop and maintain documentation for 3PAR and HPE MSA infrastructure, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Implement and maintain data replication and disaster recovery solutions using IBM & HPE 3PAR features such as Global Mirror, Metro Mirror, FlashCopy, and Remote Copy.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience with IBM FlashSystem, HPE 3PAR, Nimble, and MSA storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of data replication, disaster recovery strategies, and migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Brocade switches and network configurations.
• Knowledge of NetBackup and Rubrik backup technologies.
• Ability to document technical configurations and best practices effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
