Summary: The IT Analyst role involves supporting IT teams during critical infrastructure transitions related to the divestiture of Solventum's Purification and Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. The position requires expertise in managing both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and successful infrastructure handoffs. The specialist will also play a key role in Project Bedrock, focusing on the decoupling and re-platforming of IT services. Key Responsibilities:
- Support critical infrastructure transitions associated with the divestiture of Solventum’s Purification and Filtration business.
- Provide infrastructure leadership at manufacturing sites and colo-datacenters.
- Coordinate with on-premises teams for systems hosting and infrastructure transitions.
- Manage and enhance monitoring and automation tools, including SCOM.
- Ensure compliance and minimize operational risk during infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet transition milestones and SLAs.
- Support the implementation of Project Bedrock at Solventum sites.
- Provide leadership and direction for OS platforms across on-prem environments.
- Assist in ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and successful infrastructure handoffs.
Key Skills:
- Experience with infrastructure transitions, mergers, or divestitures.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management across hybrid environments.
- Strong expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM) and automation.

Provide infrastructure leadership (NetApp, Dell EMC Unity, Commvault) at manufacturing sites and colo-datacenters.
