Information Specialist Location: Remote

What You ll Do

• Research missing contact details using public databases, government directories, open source records, and social media.
• Enrich and qualify legacy contact records for Salesforce CRM.
• Import contact information from business cards, meeting notes, and event logs.
• Monitor public inboxes and convert new leads into qualified contacts.

What You Bring

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and social media research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
