Job Description: Are you an analytical information security or risk professional? Do you have a broad understanding of cloud operations, core enterprise security domains, and emerging technology frameworks? We are seeking an Information Security Trust & Compliance Specialist to join our regional security office. In this role, you will act as a vital back-office translator, leveraging your comprehensive technical security vocabulary to accurately evaluate and respond to complex customer security, risk, and compliance questionnaires. This is a non-client-facing position focused strictly on written, asynchronous execution. Rather than coding or building infrastructure hands-on, you will interpret customer inquiries and map them against our existing architecture, data protocols, and emerging AI frameworks (including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions). This is a short contract until 30th Sept 2026 (with potential to extend until the end of the year), offering up to £374.95 per day – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Questionnaires: Review, analyse, and precisely respond to inbound, highly detailed technical security and compliance questionnaires on behalf of enterprise prospects and clients.
  • Support the Sales Lifecycle: Act as a reliable technical data resource to help sales teams confidently and quickly navigate regional security risk assessments.
  • Navigate Emerging Tech: Interpret and document technical parameters surrounding cutting-edge platforms, specifically addressing customer inquiries regarding data governance and security in GenAI and Agentic AI environments.
  • Document and Audit: Map internal security protocols against global frameworks to ensure written customer-facing deliverables are robust, accurate, and authoritative.

What We’re Looking For

  • Broad Security Foundations: A strong conceptual grasp of Information Security architectures, including Cloud Operations, Linux system fundamentals, and network protocols (you don't need to code it, but you must know how to speak about it fluidly).
  • Questionnaire Expertise: Direct, proven experience handling third-party risk assessments (TPRM), security audits, or vendor risk management documentation.
  • AI & Cloud Literacy: A strong interest or foundational literacy in data governance and security parameters for Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions.
  • Methodical Execution: Self-motivated, meticulous individuals who thrive with minimal supervision and possess an exceptional eye for written documentation detail.
  • Framework Familiarity: A solid general understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or standard compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT compliance, internal risk audit, IT security analysis, or third-party risk management.
  • Generalist industry certifications are a plus but not required (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISA, Cloud Practitioner, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
