Summary: This role is for an Information Assurance engineer with active SC clearance, working part-time on a remote basis. The position involves providing Cyber Assurance for a cutting-edge AI, Data, and Cyber project within a technical consultancy serving the Public Sector. The engineer will focus on risk posture, assurance, and security policies while collaborating with a team of architects. Flexibility in workdays is offered, allowing for varying hours each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct information assurance across the project.
- Provide Cyber Assurance to appropriate standards.
- Focus on Risk Posture, Assurance, and Security Policies such as NCSC/DSIT guidance including Secure by Design.
- Engage in threat modelling and Secure by Design practices.
Key Skills:
- Active SC clearance.
- Experience in information assurance and Cyber Assurance.
- Knowledge of risk posture and security policies.
- Experience in threat modelling and Secure by Design.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing and Python.

An opportunity has emerged with a technical consultancy supplying across the Public Sectors. The project is a cutting edge AI, Data and Cyber centric proof of concept with the potential to have real groundbreaking application across the UK.
They are looking to bring in an engineer to conduct the information assurance across the project.
- You will join a team of Architects and provide Cyber Assurance to the appropriate standards
- Focusing on Risk Posture, Assurance and Security Policies such as NCSC/DSIT guidance including Secure by Design
- Experience in threat modelling and SBD is required.
The project itself spans broad Cloud Computing, Python and wider Infrastructure.
