Summary: The role of Informatica MDM Lead involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Supplier 360 Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM. The position requires collaboration with clients to understand their business needs and deliver high-quality MDM solutions. The candidate will also manage a team of MDM developers and analysts while ensuring data quality and consistency across the MDM system. Strong technical skills in Informatica MDM, SQL, and Python are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including data modeling, data quality rules, matching and merging rules, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop supplier MDM data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across the MDM system by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of MDM developers and analysts.
- Interaction with Informatica GCS team for issues identification and resolution.
- Lead and mentor a team with a mix of onshore and offshore team members.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MDM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MDM and Informatica technologies.
- Experience with Supplier MDM is preferred. Any experience with Informatica SaaS platform would be an advantage.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on Informatica MDM.
- Hands-on experience with MDM Hub, MDM Console, and IDQ.
- At least 2 supplier MDM implementation hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts.
- Experience with Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica PowerCenter.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Informatica supplier 360 MDM Lead to join our team at US location. As an Informatica MDM Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Supplier 360 Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM.
