Summary: The Informatica IDMC Lead/Architect role involves leading the design and implementation of data management solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The position requires expertise in architecting end-to-end data pipelines and collaborating with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies. Additionally, the role includes providing technical leadership, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and mentoring team members. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
  • Architect end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, integration, and delivery across heterogeneous sources.
  • Deep expertise in IDMC including data modeling, performance tuning, and migration. Snowflake experience is value add.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data architecture strategies.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
  • Perform optimization and troubleshooting of IDMC workflows and Snowflake processes.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation and release management.
  • Interface and communicate effectively with client teams, onsite coordinators, and internal delivery teams.
  • Own solution delivery, ensure timely task completion, and support business development through client relationship building.
  • Need to mentor / lead the team.
