- An Informatica Developer specializes in using Informatica tools for data integration, data quality, and data management.
- They design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and workflows that efficiently move data from various sources into data warehouses and other systems.
- We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable ETL solutions using Informatica tools.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data integration needs and build effective data warehousing solutions.
- Your expertise in Informatica will be instrumental in driving our data integration strategies and optimizing data flow and collection.
Informatica Developer Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and workflows using Informatica.
- Work with business analysts and data architects to translate requirements into technical implementations.
- Optimize and fine-tune ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in ETL processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and data effectively.
- Document ETL processes, systems, and their impact on data flow.
- Keep abreast of new Informatica features and best practices, applying them to improve existing processes.
Informatica Developer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Informatica development.
- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica products.
- Experience in Informatica Product 360 and PIM is a must.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data structures, and database design.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data warehousing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with cloud data integration tools or platforms is a plus.
