Summary: The Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Developer role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability through the design and implementation of data quality rules and monitoring systems. The position requires collaboration with data owners and cross-functional teams to identify anomalies and enforce governance standards. The developer will also assist with Informatica Cloud releases and engage in continuous learning of new features and tools. This role can be performed remotely or from Stamford, Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Configuration: Create and maintain data quality rules, mappings, and scorecards.
- Data Monitoring: Track and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Collaboration: Work with data owners to identify anomalies and implement preventive validation logic.
- Profiling & Standardization: Establish frameworks integrated with IDMC Data Integration and MDM SaaS.
- Platform Governance: Enforce governance, coding standards, and deployment best practices.
- Release Support: Assist with Informatica Cloud releases, testing, and validation.
- System Health: Conduct health monitoring, capacity planning, and vulnerability remediation.
- Performance Tracking: Develop dashboards for performance and data-quality KPIs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with data engineering, architecture, and security teams.
- Compliance: Engage in audit reviews and compliance reporting.
- Continuous Learning: Learn new IDMC features and automation tools.
