Description:
ETL Informatica Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale data integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Unix, Autosys, and Oracle, and will play a key role in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ETL solution delivery, including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support.
Serve as the technical lead for Informatica initiatives and mentor ETL developers.
Coordinate with business analysts, architects, DBAs, and cross-functional teams.
Perform design and code reviews to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
Requirements & Design
Collaborate with business and analytics teams to understand data requirements and source-to-target mappings.
Design scalable, high-performance ETL architectures and workflows.
Define error handling, logging, reconciliation, and audit mechanisms.
Prepare and review technical design documents and mapping specifications.
Development
Develop and optimize ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS and IDMC.
Implement complex transformations, lookups, aggregations, and incremental loads.
Tune ETL processes for performance and scalability.
Develop Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and file handling.
