Summary: NAVA Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Consultant to implement, configure, and support Infor Syteline ERP solutions specifically for manufacturing environments. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes and provide functional support across various modules. The consultant will also be responsible for leading workshops and ensuring alignment with manufacturing best practices. This position is remote with a long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and support Infor SyteLine / CSI modules based on business needs.
- Lead functional workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Work closely with manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, finance, and customer service teams.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects.
- Create functional design documents, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
- Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Ensure ERP processes align with manufacturing best practices and business objectives.
- Support data migration, master data setup, and validation activities.
- Train end users and provide ongoing functional support.
