Summary: NAVA Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Consultant to implement, configure, and support Infor Syteline ERP solutions specifically for manufacturing environments. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and provide functional support across various modules. The position is remote, offering a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and ERP methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and support Infor SyteLine / CSI modules based on business needs.
- Lead functional workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Work closely with manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, finance, and customer service teams.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects.
- Create functional design documents, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
- Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Ensure ERP processes align with manufacturing best practices and business objectives.
- Support data migration, master data setup, and validation activities.
- Train end users and provide ongoing functional support.
