Summary: The role of Infor LN / Baan IV Consultant / Architect involves the end-to-end implementation of Infor ERP LN for global customers, focusing on logistics and supply chain integration. The position requires strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain processes, along with excellent communication and consultancy skills. The consultant will also be responsible for business requirement analysis, user training, and providing post-implementation support. Flexibility for international travel and shift work is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to End Implementation of Infor ERP LN for the global customers (Business Process Mapping, Business process re-engineering, Conference room Piloting, User Training, Post implementation support)
- Business Requirement Analysis, design solutions, coordination with development team for the realization of requirements.
- Development and Customization of Baan ERP
- Understanding user requirements, design, development, testing and implementation of Baan ERP
- Handling of Manufacturing functions e.g. Production Orders, BOM, Shop Floor Control, MRP, PRP, PCS module.
- Experience in deployment of ERP in the areas Logistics/ Materials
- Provide consultancy to the clients.
- Development and Implementation of Projects.
- To perform pre-sales, provide user training and support
- To convert business functional requirement and liaise with technical consultants.
Key Skills:
- BE/ B. Tech /BSc. IT/BCA/MCA/MBA Preferred
- Knowledge of Infor ERP LN, Supply chain, PCF, CPQ, Assembly Control, Manufacturing, Master data, EDI, Supplier Exchange
- Experience using ION, Data Lake, and Factory Track
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Presentation Skills, Team Player, Positive Approach / Attitude
- Highly experienced in the deployment of ERP solutions for global customers
- Full Life-Cycle Implementation experience in any ERP system
