Summary: The Infor LN / Baan IV Consultant / Architect role involves end-to-end implementation of Infor ERP LN for global customers, focusing on logistics and supply chain integration. The position requires expertise in various ERP functionalities, including business process mapping and user training. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience in ERP deployment, particularly in international settings. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to End Implementation of Infor ERP LN for the global customers (Business Process Mapping, Business process re-engineering, Conference room Piloting, User Training, Post implementation support)
- Business Requirement Analysis, design solutions, coordination with development team for the realization of requirements.
- Development and Customization of Baan ERP
- Understanding user requirements, design, development, testing and implementation of Baan ERP
- Handling of Manufacturing functions e.g. Production Orders, BOM, Shop Floor Control, MRP, PRP, PCS module.
- Experience in deployment of ERP in the areas Logistics/ Materials
- Provide consultancy to the clients.
- Development and Implementation of Projects.
- To perform pre-sales, provide user training and support
- To convert business functional requirement and liaise with technical consultants.
Key Skills:
- BE/ B. Tech /BSc. IT/BCA/MCA/MBA Preferred
- Knowledge of at least one if not more than one of the following areas in Infor ERP LN: Supply chain, PCF - product Configurator, CPQ - product Configurator, Assembly Control, Manufacturing Master data, EDI, Supplier Exchange
- Using ION
- Using Data Lake
- Using Factory Track
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Presentation Skills, Team Player, Positive Approach / Attitude.
- Highly experienced in the deployment of ERP solutions for global customers. Overseas experience must.
- Should have completed experience in Full Life-Cycle Implementation in any ERP system. Hands-on experience in diverse areas including pre-sales, implementation, migration, training & troubleshooting.
- Good industry knowledge and ability to produce high quality content based on customer requirements
- Client Management establish relationship with client, understand his requirements.
- Ability to successfully coordinate with multiple teams and drive them to achieving a common goal.
- Should be Flexible with Onsite (International) travel and willing to relocate to other regions (If required).
- Ready to work in shifts.
