Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Perform installations, patching, and regular monitoring to ensure 24/7 application health.
- Identity & Access: Manage user onboarding/offboarding and implement robust security configurations.
- Automation: Utilize scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency within a Linux OS environment.
- Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving support tickets, and conducting root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Vendor Liaison: Manage and escalate Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and interact with customer SME’s to resolve process bottlenecks.
