Summary: The Infor Admin role involves managing and supporting INFOR LN applications, including user onboarding, installation, and technical support. Introduction:

Application Administrator for INFOR LN applications. Administrator with exposure of one or more applications who can manage, onboard users, maintain and monitor applications. This includes tasks like installation, User management, patching, security configuration and providing technical support. Additionally, proficiency in Scripting languages, automating tasks working on Linux OS and exposure to middleware technologies. This is an important role in smooth functioning of application. The selected candidate should be able to support tickets, manage and / or open new Oracle Service Requests (SR’s) as per customer requirements. Interact with customer process consultants and SME’s, perform root cause analysis where required and analyze various processes.
