Summary: The role of Independent Assessor Specialising in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability involves supporting the development and assessment of a Level 4 Apprenticeship standard at EFI Awards. About Education for Industry Awards

Education for Industry (EFI) Awards provides trusted assessment services to the fashion and retail industry. As an independent offshoot of the Fashion and Retail Academy (part of Education for Industry Group), we have educational excellence and industry responsiveness at our core. EFI Awards is a specialist End Point Assessment (EPA) organisation, that delivers independent assessment to apprentices at the end of their programme. All proceeds from our services are re-invested into the EFI Group charity, which aims at inspiring and developing the next generation of talent.

About the role

We are seeking Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Assessors to support the development and assessment of this Level 4 Apprenticeship standard at EFI Awards. Ideally, candidates will already be involved in end-point assessment for this standard with other organisations and will bring strong, relevant occupational experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to broaden their existing assessment experience and become a key contributor to the quality of our service.

About you

Qualifications: A relevant qualification. An Assessor qualification would be ideal, although not essential.

Experience: Experience in the delivery and/ or assessment of the L4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CRS) Apprenticeship and occupational experience of CRS in the workplace.

Expertise: Experience of developing assessment materials, including exam questions would be ideal.

Skills: This role would suit individuals with relevant, current, or ongoing industry experience in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, and experience of making grading judgements and applying assessment frameworks.
