Summary: The role of Legal Expert Transactional / Corporate Contract involves supporting the development of advanced legal reasoning models by leveraging expertise in transactional and corporate law. The position requires designing realistic transactional scenarios and producing high-quality legal reference responses. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate law and excellent written communication skills. This is a remote position with a commitment of 20+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing transactional and corporate law expertise across deals, governance, contracts, and securities matters.
• Design realistic transactional scenarios (e.g., M&A due diligence, SPA/APA drafting, securities filings, governance workflows, disclosure schedules).
• Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard.
• Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics.
• Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in transactional or corporate law within a law firm or in-house legal environment.
• Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution.
• Expertise in contract review, due diligence, NDA drafting, corporate governance, or securities filings.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
