Summary: We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our customer delivery team, focusing on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered conversational solutions for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customers: Serve as the technical authority alongside customer teams to design and deploy AI solutions that solve real business problems.
- Build & Deliver: Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), demos, and production-grade implementations using the platform.
- Integrate: Connect with enterprise systems such as CRM (Salesforce), ITSM (ServiceNow), and custom APIs using REST APIs, webhooks, and serverless functions.
- Troubleshoot: Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers during deployment, ensuring a smooth path to production.
- Collaborate: Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering), providing feedback to influence product roadmap.

Key Skills:
