Summary: The role of Business Analyst at SRINAV INC. involves translating business and vendor requirements into structured deliverables, performing data analysis, and facilitating coordination among stakeholders. The analyst will also oversee testing strategies and manage project governance to ensure alignment across various workstreams. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business and vendor requirements into structured deliverables (BRDs, specs, traceability)
- Perform data analysis and field-level mapping across systems and formats
- Assess system, interface, and data flow impacts
- Develop test scenarios, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Track requirements, dependencies, and changes across workstreams
- Facilitate coordination between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors
- Lead complex, multi-vendor healthcare implementations
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including dependencies, risks, issues, and decision tracking (RAID)
- Drive cross-functional coordination across business, IT, operations, and external vendors
- Oversee testing strategy and execution, including UAT coordination across multiple systems and partners
- Manage program governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule, quality, and regulatory alignment
- Support go-live planning, dual-use readiness, and command center execution
Key Skills:
- PBM/health plan experience
- NCPDP D.0/F6 knowledge
- Experience delivering in multi-vendor implementations
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria
