Ignition SCADA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy or migrate solutions to the Ignition platform.
• Modernize legacy industrial/OT applications into scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Configure Ignition components, including Gateway and system architecture.
• Design tag structures, UDTs, alarm configurations, and data historization.
• Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider Electric.
• Utilize scripting within Ignition for automation and customization.
• Analyze and solve problems with a focus on system reliability.
• Communicate effectively and document processes to support collaboration.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SCADA systems or industrial automation environments.
• Experience deploying or migrating solutions to the Ignition platform.
• Strong background in modernizing legacy industrial/OT applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Ignition components and system architecture.
• Experience with tag structures, UDT design, alarm configuration, and data historization.
