Summary: The role of IFS Services Architect involves leading the design and configuration of IFS Service Management for multi-country deployment, focusing on scalable processes and integration patterns. The position requires strong expertise in IFS, particularly in service execution and maintenance contexts. The contract is for a duration of 6 to 12 months and is classified as outside IR35. The role is remote based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of IFS Service Management.
- Ensure scalable processes and clean integration patterns for multi-country deployment.
- Manage architecture ownership across multi-site rollouts.
- Configure IFS Service Management including service contracts, work orders, and planning/scheduling.
- Facilitate workshops and maintain structured documentation.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise with IFS, preferably IFS Cloud, in Service/Field Service/Asset Service domains.
- Understanding of service execution and maintenance contexts such as renewables O&M and utilities.
- Proven architecture ownership experience across multi-site/multi-country rollouts.
- Expertise in IFS Service Management configuration.
- Integration design thinking including APIs and middleware patterns.
- Workshop facilitation and design authority behaviours.
- Bonus: Exposure to IFS FSM/Mobile and Resource Scheduling Optimization.
- Bonus: Experience with renewables O&M operating models.
