Summary: The IFS HR / HCM Consultant role involves supporting a UK-based organization in the implementation of IFS Cloud, focusing on optimizing HR functionality within a large-scale transformation program. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and optimisation of IFS HR within an ongoing IFS Cloud programme
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system solutions
- Provide functional expertise across HR-related processes and workflows within IFS
- Support system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing activities
- Assist with process improvements and best practice recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Support go-live preparation and post-go-live activities where required
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as an IFS HR Consultant or in a similar IFS functional role
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS HR modules
- Previous experience supporting or delivering IFS implementations or upgrades
- IFS Cloud experience is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote project environment
- Experience working within complex or multi-site environments (nice to have)
- Consulting or partner background (nice to have)
- Exposure to additional IFS functional areas (nice to have)
