Summary: The role of PingID Subject Matter Expert (SME) focuses on enhancing Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities within a major enterprise programme. This fully remote position requires expertise in Ping Identity technologies to implement and support authentication solutions. The contract is initially for three months and requires active SC clearance. The position is classified as inside IR35, with a daily rate of up to £430.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing, configuring, and supporting PingID authentication solutions.
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities.
- Integrating applications with Ping Identity technologies.
- Troubleshooting authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and access management issues.
- Supporting ongoing Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives.
- Working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure authentication services.
- Ensuring solutions meet security standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Producing technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer activities.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience implementing and supporting PingID within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Ping Identity technologies.
- Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, and identity federation.
- Experience integrating applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams.

We're looking for an experienced PingID Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a major enterprise programme focused on strengthening Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This is a fully remote contract offering the opportunity to work on a large-scale security transformation, implementing and enhancing authentication solutions within a complex technical environment.
