Summary: The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations role involves leading a managed services team focused on IAM solutions, ensuring effective communication with clients, and providing guidance on technical components for successful IAM implementations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading IAM managed services team Maintaining proper communication channels with customer SPOC and providing regular updates on project and issues
  • Good hands on experience in working with solutions such as Imprivata OneSign, Okta SSO & MFA, MS Entra ID & AD Authentication and similar solutions
  • Work on identifying remediation steps for redundant issues, and provide guidance to L2 and L1 teams for IAM solutions
  • Responsible for participating in and analysing results of client Advisory engagements for identifying critical technical components and strategies required for successful IAM Gap remediation Application On-boarding to MFA and SSO Solution
  • Fixing errors and providing auditing and reporting for SSO and MFA.
  • Modifying the MFA policies as per the SOPs defined.
  • Monitoring and configure certificates for SSO enabled applications.
  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competition Incident management- Troubleshooting for incidents escalated from L2 Change management, Problem management and Root Cause analysis

  • Good knowledge on IAM solutions
  • Good experience in driving managed operations engagements for customers Delivery excellence Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, etc.
  • Operational Excellence - Build teams and manage people parameters like Utilization, Attrition, Hygiene and internal compliances Customer Management Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization
