The Opportunity
As the IAM Manager, you'll lead the development and continuous improvement of IAM policies, standards, processes and technologies, ensuring secure and compliant access to business-critical systems.
You'll work closely with Technology, Risk, Audit and Security teams to strengthen controls, improve governance, and drive strategic IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IAM strategy, roadmap and control framework.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards and governance processes.
- Drive improvements across authentication, authorisation, access management and single sign-on capabilities.
- Manage IAM compliance activities, audits and security control reviews.
- Investigate identity-related security incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Audit and Security functions.
- Provide leadership, technical guidance and subject matter expertise on IAM best practice.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience within Identity & Access Management environments.
- Strong knowledge of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes and IAM governance.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) such as Cyberark and security monitoring platforms.
- Strong understanding of security controls, audit requirements and risk management.
- Experience working with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- DataDog Observability and monitoring platforms
- Active Directory
- Zero Trust architectures
- Experience in Personal Access Token (PAT) and assessing weaknesses and vulnerabilities
- SQL and advanced reporting capabilities
- Regulated or highly governed environments
