Summary: The Delinea Consultant role focuses on leading the design, implementation, and optimization of privileged access management (PAM) solutions for a US client. The position emphasizes enhancing security posture, ensuring compliance, and streamlining access management processes. The consultant will deploy Delinea solutions and provide training and support to internal teams. This role is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure Delinea solutions, including Secret Server, Privilege Manager, and Cloud Suite.
• Develop and implement PAM strategies to secure privileged accounts across the organization.
• Assess existing IAM/PAM infrastructure and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
• Integrate Delinea with other security tools (SIEM, IAM platforms, cloud services, etc.).
• Provide troubleshooting and support to resolve Delinea-related issues.
• Train and support internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience with Delinea (formerly Thycotic), including Secret Server and Privilege Manager.
• Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) principles and security best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud IAM solutions.
• Experience with PAM automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and API integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
