Summary: The role of Icertis Configuration Consultant involves supporting the configuration and optimization of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (ICM) solution within the SyWay program. The consultant will translate business requirements into effective configurations, ensuring integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba processes, while also supporting testing and deployment activities. This position is fully remote, prioritizing candidates in European time zones, and is expected to last until the end of 2025. The consultant will also provide knowledge transfer and coaching to internal teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Icertis CLM modules in line with business requirements.
- Translate functional specifications into system configurations and parameterization.
- Work closely with Business SMEs and Functional Leads to validate solution design.
- Support integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing configurations and resolving issues.
- Troubleshoot configuration-related defects and provide timely fixes.
- Maintain documentation of configuration decisions and solution design.
- Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to internal teams as needed.

- Strong hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) configuration.
