IBM TNCP Solution Architect

Summary: The IBM TNCP Solution Architect role is a remote position focused on leveraging cloud platforms, particularly AWS, to manage deployments and design solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS and its services, managing deployments
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and practices, Containerization: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
• Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, NPL) and NMS
• Experience in design principles, architecture and solutioning
• Hands-on experience and should be able to develop, testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Customer handling, presentation of design/solution and prepare documentation
• Highlighting timely risk, collaboration with offshore and reporting to customer and internal stakeholders
• Team leadership and work in overlapping time with offshore team

Key Skills:

• Go, Java, Microservices, Kafka, Influx, AWS DBs, OKTA, Impala (DB: Influx, NoSQL, Postgres)
• Design/solution architecture is mandatory with good communication skills to present
• Good knowledge/some experience on Akka, Scala based distributed big-data systems
• AWS Services experienced
• Network protocols knowledge/experience (SNMP, NetFlow, NPL), experience with NMS
